Hi, I’m Mary Anne, your partner on this exciting journey of making lifestyle changes that last. My specialty is helping mid-life women deal with lifestyle changes, mostly dealing with the challenges brought on later in life.

If you happen to be at a place in your life where things just aren’t working out-your health, your work or you just feel downright crappy-you can partner with me. And, together, we can get you started on the right path.

2. Develop a plan
3. Take the steps to make it happen.

We will meet to figure out what it is that you want to work on. My approach is to see where you are with things, set goals and figure out a plan to get you on track.

Each session will include identifying the main issues, the goals of the session and coming up with a relevant strategy and action plan.

Through in-person, zoom or by phone, each week/month we’ll get together. You’ll share any challenges you’ve had since our last call, any insights, wins, and whatever else you feel necessary.

Similar to the private sessions, you and I will figure out the quickest-but-most-effective way to get you to take actionable steps towards your goals.

Group coaching provides a safe space where women support one another, see the best in others, and change their confidence and internal mind-set. When a woman has a supportive tribe, she becomes the best version of herself.
